The tall ceramic figurine depicts a defined slender court lady in a floor-length bell-shaped dress with cross-over V-formed neckline collar and hands folded under bell sleeves, the hands are joined under in a pose of meditation.
The gray pottery ceramic figure has white paint to the face, yellow garment with red paint accents to the dress, descending piece in back up to hair bun tied with a ribbon, and rests on a custom ebonized wood base. Very authentic condition, rare near complete painting, age characteristics with pigment loss over clay. A tomb figurine from a royal court.
