This is an antique pottery figurine of a stand old Chinese sage man wearing a Chinese old traditional robe and holding long sword in the right hand with two foot painted glazed colors are heavy & bright. Detailed Chinese Mud Man Sculpture Statue Figurine Legend of the Eight Immortals hollow buttom. The figurine is not solid but has a cavity inside, typical for older Mud Men figurines.

This is how they were held when the exterior glaze was applied by hand. Gorgeous superb quality carving and finely detailed throughout and dated 1800's.

5-3/8"tall x 2-1/8"wide and 1-1/2 deep. The bottom of the figure is marked "CHINA" in good condition for its age, please see the photos for additional condition information.
