Rare Studio Pottery Bust - Signed Circa 1950s -60s. Great overall condition, some scuffs marks, paint flakes etc as per the pictures, hand made from clay, and dipped, finished with with a black and gold paint finish to give it a bronze look.

Sourced at an estate sale, the piece has some age to it, looking at the fading on the felt base, though may have been repainted / finished at later stage. Exceptionally heavy, one off hand made piece, it is signed on the lower back, though the signature is difficult to read - it looks like'F Masom' I've included a photograph for you to review. Unsure if the boy is a cub scout or a sailor, given his attire. Date wise Id say 1950s / 60s with possible later repainting. Approx Size 13.5" h x 12.5" wide.
